At I-Power School of Gymnastics, our sessions typically run 10 weeks long. With our experience, we feel that
having a 10 week session gives the student time to develop confidence in their ability as an athlete.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

GymBears (30 minutes)  
Boys and Girls
GymBears is for the adventurous 2 and 3 year old needing to burn off some energy! This class offers
development in coordination, speed, confidence, and agility.  The class is challenging, rewarding, and a cool
experience for any preschooler needing structured playtime.  
Parent participation may be required for some children, so moms and
dads come prepared to jump in!
Class ratio is 1 instructor to 6 children.

TumbleBears (45 minutes)  
Boys and Girls
TumbleBears is for 3 and 4 year olds and offers development in coordination, speed, confidence, and agility.  
The class is challenging, rewarding, and a cool experience for any preschooler needing structured playtime.
Your child will become a little athlete without even realizing it!  
Class ratio is 1 instructor to 6 children.

KinderBears (60 minutes)
Boys and Girls
KinderBears is for ages 5-6 years old and teaches the fundamentals of gymnastics.  Class time will be spent
stretching, conditioning to strengthen muscles, and mastering basics on vault, bars, beam, and floor.  Each
class time will conclude with a fun game.
 
Class ratio is 1 instructor to 8 children.

Level 1 (60 minutes)
Boys and Girls
Level 1 is for ages 6 and older and teaches the fundamentals of gymnastics.  Class time will be spent stretching,
conditioning to strengthen muscles, and mastering basics on vault, bars, beam, and floor.  Each class time will
conclude with a fun game.
 
Class ratio is 1 instructor to 8 children.

Level 2 (90 minutes)
Girls (by invitation only)
Level 2 is for ages 6 and older for children who have mastered the fundamentals of the beginner class.  Class
time will be spent building more refined basics and introducing advanced skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Class ratio is 1 instructor to 8 children.

Level 3 (120 minutes)
Girls (by invitation only)
Level 3 is for ages 6 and older for children who have mastered the fundamentals of the Intermediate class.  
Class time will be spent building more refined basics and introducing advanced skills on vault, bars, beam, and
floor.
Class ratio is 1 instructor to 8 children.

Create your own Class
This class is for a group of friends and/or relatives.  Class time will be constructed to meet the needs and goals
of the participants and their schedule.
(Minimum of 4 participants required)

Beginning Tumbling (60 minutes)
Boys and Girls
Beginning tumbling is for ages 6 and older and teaches the fundamentals of tumbling.  Class time will be spent
stretching, conditioning to strengthen muscles and mastering basic tumbling skills. This is a great class for
cheerleaders!
Class ratio is 1 instructor to 8 participants.

Intermediate Tumbling (90 minutes)
Boys and Girls
Intermediate tumbling is for ages 7 and older and designed for anyone who has mastered the fundamentals of
the beginning tumbling class.  Class time will be spent building more refined basics and adding more advanced
tumbling skills.
 
Class ratio is 1 instructor to 8 participants.

our "Home School Program". This gymnastics experience for
your children is a great way to introduce the fun and
excitement of gymnastics in a first-class facility with first class
staff.

teach through our words as well as our actions. You will find
our instructors to be energetic, "hands on", knowledgeable
and caring.

We invite you to sit back, relax and watch your children have
fun under the supervision of our expert staff. The children
will be learning skills on vault, bars, beam, floor, trampoline
and much more.
