| Open Gym Information Open gym is a supervised time where participants are allowed to workout on their pace and desired skills. There is no actual instruction, but a I-Power Staff member is on hand to offer advice and drills that could be a help to anyone needing help. Participants need to sign-in and have a completed release and waiver form. Open gym is $5.00. Preschool (ONLY) Open Gym Preschoolers must be supervised by an adult Monday - 10-11am Thursday - 10-11am Open Gym Monday - 8:30-9:30pm (12 years and older) Wednesday - 8:30-9:30pm (12 years and older) Saturday - 12:30-1:30pm (All) Open Gym Release Form |

| BIRTHDAY PARTIES AT I-POWER GYMNASTICS To make your party planning as easy as possible, you can drop off all of your supplies, and we offer to do the set-up & clean-up! That’s right WE DO THE CLEAN-UP! WHAT YOU SHOULD PROVIDE The Kids (with signed waivers found on back of invitations) The Cake Drinks* Decorations Banquet Table Covers for 2-3 tables Party ware (napkins, plates, cups, silverware) Party Favors (optional) Video Camera and/or Camera *A refrigerator and freezer are available for cold storage of drinks/ice cream 1 day prior to the party. WHAT TO WEAR Comfortable gym clothes (i.e. shorts and t-shirts, please no jeans or clothes with zippers or buckles) TIMES Saturdays at 2:00pm, 4:00pm and 6:00pm *Additional times may be scheduled dependent upon availability of gym and staff. BIRTHDAY PARTY 1 ½ hours of PARTY FUN featuring: - 1 hour of play in the gym including a warm-up, obstacle course, tumble track, trampoline, in-ground pit, rope climbing, parachute, and relay course! - ½ hour of celebration. You may supply us with the all of the decorations prior to the party or bring them with you and we will do the decorating and set-up for you! - Invitations for each guest! (The invitation includes a required waiver.) - An I-Power t-shirt for the Birthday Child! - I-Power Fun Bags for each Party Guest! ***Waiver MUST be signed by each parent and presented at the time of the party in order to participate!*** PARTY PRICING * 1 – 15 participants - $110 (extra participants $ 10 each) additional ½ hour in party area - $20 Payment in full required to hold your party reservation. Party reservations will be held for 72 hours. Payments must be made at the gym during business hours.
